Milkyberry Bay Cottage

| Set in an amazingly secluded and tranquil location on the tiny island of Great Guana Cay, 40 feet from the beautiful, turquoise Sea of Abaco, five minutes walk to the glorious six mile long, soft coral sand beach on the Atlantic, this is the perfect 'get away from it all' situation.

The cottage is built of wood and designed in a simple, local rustic style.
The decor is light and airy. The accommodation is on the ground floor and consists
of two charming en suite bedrooms at the rear of the cottage, each with a 5ft wide
bed. There is a very attractive large open plan living room at the front, with a
well equipped kitchen area, adjacent to the dining area, with lovely views to the
south and west. Also at the front of the cottage is a screened-in porch, which can
be used as an outside dining room and spacious eleven foot wide decks, all
comfortably equipped to a very high standard. There is central air conditioning.
Each bedroom has its own private 3/4 bath, i.e. shower, wash
basin and toilet. House has tape player/radio and VHF, CD player, TV/DVD player, microwave, coffee
maker, blender, gas BBQ plus fully equipped kitchen.

| The property half an acre,
surrounded by attractive wild natural vegetation. The grounds have 140 ft of sea
frontage and there is a dock (jetty)
for swimming, snorkelling, fishing and boating in the crystal clear warm waters of
Milkyberry Bay. There are stunning views across the Sea of Abaco.
