2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home with spectacular sunset views over the Sea of Abaco. A five-minute walk takes you to the ocean beaches; a ten-minute walk to the friendly Guana Settlement.

One acre of waterfront property with beautiful natural and tropical landscaping. Perhaps if you are lucky, you may be able to enjoy the produce from the fruit trees on our property. Travel down the landscaped path to our private deep water dock to keep a boat, fish, swim or snorkel in the clear turquoise water of the Sea of Abaco.


Enjoy watching the boats moor in our extended front yard from the south deck or the roar of the ocean from the north deck. All outside views can also be enjoyed through our wall of windows in the living and dining rooms.

Enjoy the daily spectacular sunsets while sipping your sunset drink and enjoying your dinner from the screened porch or dining room.

Our home has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, VCR, VHF and library. Enjoy our complete kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The bedroom has a custom made queen size bed.





Rates: $1750/week/up to 4 persons

Daily rate of $250 by permission only and no holidays.
Holiday Rental Available. Owner Prefers Saturday - Saturday rentals but inquire about other time frames.
No pets or smoking please.
