Frangipani
Frangipani Cottage was completed in 2001. This two bedroom, two bath
upscale
cottage is located on the Sea of Abaco, with a shared dock at the
property's
edge. The interior is Cypress wood tongue and groove with vaulted
ceilings,
central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The double French
doors open onto a screened front porch and fill the cottage with sea
breezes
and magnificent sunsets.
The living room is decorated in tropical prints and rattan to enhance the
island atmosphere. A radio, cassette, CD player and a TV / VCR is
provided
for viewing video tapes, but no TV reception. The kitchen is fully
equipped
and includes a microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker. A VHF radio is
available for communication with island residents. Each bedroom features
a custom built queen size bed and private bath with shower.
A 15 minute walk to the settlement and a 10 minute walk to one of the best
beaches in the Abaco's. A golf cart rental is recommended. Ideal for a
romantic get away or two couples. Children over 6 welcome.
