condominium located in a central area of Marsh Harbour.
Its island decor gives you a feel of a ˜home away from home." This unit is
complete with all the luxuries; oven & stove, full fridge/freezer with ice
maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cable TV, games &
books, private patio, etc

Family Affair
is equipped with central A/C and fans. Master bedroom is a
queen size with private master bathroom. Second bedroom is two singles and
adjacent full bathroom. Washer/dryer located inside unit. Dinning area for
six and living room area. (Couch pulls out for a sleeper for two young
children.) Facilities include a large patio and swimming pool area, tennis
courts and beach for their guests. An end unit with privacy and patio area
with large open grass area for kids to play. Many restaurants and shops
within walking distance. (The unit is equipped with all information and
location of shops, restaurants, ferries to other islands, etc.)

Maid service is available during your stay at an
additional cost and can be requested at the time of booking your reservation
($35 per day).

Rates:
$1500/wk/4 people
SECURITY DEPOSIT - Refundable $500.
Maximum Occupancy - 4 adults with 2 young children;
$25 additional charge for extra persons (5/6) per night.
Minimum stay - 3 nights
