Private entrance- One room with one double bed, plus one futon couch which folds out into a double bed, kitchen table with seating for 4, bar fridge, hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, well equipped small kitchen area, private bathroom. Patio door to lower level patio. Also access to BBQ.
