Coco Bay House 
Coco Bay House has a spacious cathedral ceiling living room with sliding glass doors opening to the patio and salt water swimming pool. There are two airy bedrooms, one with double and single bed and one with twins (plus a couch and queen size hidabed in the living room), a dining room, kitchen and 1 1/2 baths. The house is fully equipped, including towels, linens, blankets, kitchen utensils, electricity and hot water, and has a library of books,puzzles and games. There is a 75' dock. The house is located on a 2.6 acre lot which
runs from the ocean beach to the bay. The beach on the bay side is about
50 yards, the ocean beach is about 200 yards.
