Baharini is on a small peninsular on the lovely island of Great Guana Cay, about a mile and a half from the Settlement. The two-story house overlooks the aqua marine waters of the Bay of Abaco - a paradise for boaters, sailors and fisherman alike. The half acre grounds run from the beautiful sandy Crossing Bay to the North West, to tranquil little Boat Harbour to the South East, where there is a small sandy beach.

| On the lower floor there is a comfortable sitting room with kitchen and dining area with air conditioning. Large fridge/freezer and gas cooker. The kitchen is well equipped. Off the sitting room is a double bedroom with queen-size bed and air conditioning and en suite bathroom. For alfresco eating the large deck has tables and chairs and
you can have your meals overlooking the sea. A small sandy path leads through the garden down to the water
a few yards from the house.

The whole of the upper floor comprises the master bedroom suite, with spectacular sea views in every direction. This huge room has a recessed area with a king-size bed and A/C. There is a spacious sitting area (with a single bed) and a bathroom with shower. French doors open onto a large deck with a small tiki-house - a perfect place to sit and enjoy the glorious sunsets over the Bay of Abaco
and watch all the boating activity. |

| The house is on a coral outcrop where there is good snorkeling in the immediate area and safe swimming right in front of the house
and a private deep water dock.
To the rear of the house is a dock where a boat can be also kept. There is a lovely walk along the sandy bay or you can cross 200
yards to the ocean side with a magnificent sandy beach and the world's third
largest reef. $1300/2 persons; $100/week/per additional person.
